Hi, I'm Liz
I think I have the best job in the world, maybe apart from one surrounded by puppies all day but I'm working
on that...my studio workshop is situated at the biggest and oldest flower market in the UK, right in the
heart of London so I get to see floral beauty every day I'm there.
I can meet my clients there, talk over their wedding plans and tailor and window shop for the perfect
recipe of flowers and colours for their dream day
My background in wedding floral design
After years working in the world of magazines, I worked for a fabulous florist who imparted both knowledge of
and a love for flowers which has stayed with me. Twenty years on and I still love 'playing with flowers' - learning
and challenging myself on every event.
I also love teaching my passion to others and look forward to passing on my wealth of knowledge to new and
emerging florists for many years to come
My bespoke approach to wedding flowers
Whilst two weddings may be similar they will never the same - we don't work with cookie-cutter ideas, my couples aren't average and neither are their weddings. We take our clients' wish list, vision, storyboard and create something unique... I research the best flowers to use, incorporating seasonal blooms wherever possible from our local growers
Some fun facts about me!
I love all kinds of flowers – apart from yellow ones, although they may be growing on me a little – but I especially love working on weddings, meeting my couples and bringing their ideas and visions to life. I don’t think there is anything more wonderful than the smile on a bride’s face on her wedding morning as I deliver her bouquet which is often
accompanied by a high pitched squeal and/or a few tears… I love it!!
I'm also a Veja-wearing avid tea drinker and cake lover, Jack Russell owning Grey's Anatomy fan!
